Eligibility Policy

  • Siblings of children presently enrolled in St. Catharine School.

  • Children of registered parishioners in St. Catharine-St. Margaret Parish.

  • Transfer students re-locating from Catholic schools outside the local area.

  • Catholic children from neighboring parishes that do not operate a Catholic School.

  • Children of non-catholic denominations.

Tuition Information

Once you child has been accepted into St. Catharine School, you will receive the information to register your child and choose one of the following payment options:

FACTS Tuition Management Payment Plan:
FACTS Management Tuition Company has been contracted to process payments for tuition. They offer a variety of payment options as well as the highest quality of customer service.

Payment in Full:
Payment in full must be made by July 1st.

CATHOLIC – $5,670.00
NON-CATHOLIC – $6,540.00
Registration Fee:  $50.00 per family until February 15th
                             $250.00 per family after February 15th
Technology Fee:  $150.00 per child
Criteria for Catholic Tuition:
Families must be registered parishioners of a Catholic Church.  In addition, to qualify for the Catholic tuition rate, it is required that these families show further commitment as active, participaing members of our faith community.
To receive the Catholic tuition rate a family must:
  • Complete and submit the Tuition Registration Forms for the 2019 – 2020  Academic Year on time.
  • Have at least one parent who is a practicing Roman Catholic, a registered member of a Catholic Church, and attends Mass regularly.
  • Be active in parish life and make themselves known by volunteer service provided to: school, Church, or other parish programs.
Tuition Refund
When a student registers at St. Catharine School, we not only hold a place for that student; we commit resources to optimize the educational experience of that student. We design staffing, supplies, and programs based on the number of registered students to ensure a quality education. 
Each year we forgo potential income by limiting the number of incoming students when we commit a place for your son or daughter.  We also depend on full and timely payment of tuition.  Reminder: No records, report cards, and transcripts are released from the school until financial obligations are met.
Therefore, the tuition refund policy is as follows:
A student who voluntarily withdraws from St. Catharine School will receive a partial tuition refund (based on 100% for the 2019-2020 school year tuition) according to the following schedule:
  • Withdrawal September – 30% of tuition due to school
  • Withdrawal October – 40% of tuition due to school
  • Withdrawal November  – 50% of tuition due to school
  • Withdrawal December – 60% of tuition due to school
  • Withdrawal after December 30, 2019 – Full tuition is due to school
  • All fees are non-refundable
