Re-Registration for Current Families:

Thank you for your continued support and dedication to St. Catharine School!  Your commitment to Catholic education is an invaluable asset to our school community.

Returning families who re-register their children by the February 19, 2021 deadline will pay a non-refundable $100 per family re-registration fee. Re-Registrations received after this date will pay a $250 per family late re-registration fee (no exceptions). In addition, all K-8 students are required to pay a non-refundable $150 technology fee per student.  After the re-registration deadline, parents must contact the main office to complete the process of re-registering your child.  Please note, space is limited and a seat may no longer be available.  
 

All families are currently enrolled in FACTS; once your re-registration form is complete these accounts will automatically be rolled forward.  Please make sure your payment information is updated and the payment plan selected.  All payments will be processed through FACTS – all payment plans begin in July.  No checks will be accepted at the rectory.   The FACTS link is https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3K8DR.

Your registration will not be complete unless your FACTS agreement is complete, registration and technology fees paid and all prior years tuition paid in full.

Financial Aid – The Diocese and St. Catharine-St. Margaret Parish will once again offer a limited amount of financial assistance for qualified returning families through FACTS.  In order to be considered for financial aid: registration must be complete, all tuition up to date, and all required 2020 and/or 2021 tax information submitted to FACTS.  The deadline for the first round of financial aid is 2/15/21 and the final round 5/17/21.  Financial Aid will not be awarded without a completed application.

K-8 Tuition – The Parish subsidized tuition for K-8 for the 2021-2022 school year will be $6,150 per student.  Full tuition is $8,500 per student.  Gratefully we are able to offer all students the Parish subsidized tuition.  This subsidy is funded directly by St. Catharine-St. Margaret Parish through the generosity of our Parishioners.  Your stewardship and contributions to the Parish, SCS PTA, and SC Athletic Club are essential to allow us to maintain this policy.

Pre-K Tuition – All Pre-K students are required to pay a non-refundable $500 deposit per student to be credited toward their 2021-2022 tuition balance.

Refund Policy – Any student who voluntarily withdraws from St. Catharine School will receive a partial tuition refund (based on 100% of the school year tuition) according to the following schedule:

  • Withdrawal by June 15th- No tuition due to school (all fees non-refundable)

  • Withdrawal by September 30th- 30% of the tuition due to school

  • Withdrawal by October 31st – 40% of the tuition due to school

  • Withdrawal by November 30th – 50% of the tuition due to school

  • Withdrawal by December 31St – 60% of the tuition due to school

  • Withdrawal after December 31st – Full tuition is due to school

  • All fees and Pre-K deposits are non-refundable

In addition, all families are required to complete a FACTS tuition agreement and select a payment plan for each student enrolled.  The cost of your FACTS account depends on the payment plan selected: annual (no fee), semi-annual ($10), quarterly ($45) and monthly ($45).  All payments will be processed through FACTS – all payment plans begin July 1st
